(Internal #CA20-244) Excellent side-view cameo of an African-American woman. New, molded from resin, this is a large cameo pin/pendant in OFF-WHITE color with BROWN background, antiqued and mounted on - - brass with pin/pendant backing (glued on). Cameo itself is 1-5/8" long x 1-1/4" wide or 40 x 30 mm. Clasp pin/pendant glued horizontally on the back (see last photo for an example). Superb detail down to the texture of her hair, and face! I know because I do half the work in creating the cameos. Comes with information card. The theme of African-American women in cameos is RARE, there is mention of this in the book "Cameos Old New (2nd Edition) by Anna M. Miller, G.G. (I recommend the book for anyone collecting cameos).
