The pin has an overall rectangular shape that has an open work design. In the center is a plastic cream colored rose bloom. Ringing around that bloom on spokes are alternating cabochons in a turquoise-blue and a milky color. The milky ones appear to have once had a goldtone coating. A pretty little lapel pin!
