I domt know much about the BA-22 and could not find any information during research There are no rips tears or missing pages inside the book Outside the book is where most of the wear is I will throw a disclaimer not sure if the gentleman was a smoker or not. I buy out estates and most of the time I am not aware if someone was or is a smoker. When taken pics I did not smell smoke from the manuals.
