Pour the Highlighting Powder into the mixing tray. Mix in the Developing Creme slowly until it becomes a smooth, creamy mixture. Using the spatula, apply the mixture to the hair. Pile your saturated hair loosely on top of the cap and cover with clear plastic over cap. Leave on for 10 up to 60 minutes. When time is up, rinse and shampoo. Apply the CC ColorSeal Conditioner. Leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse and style. Use the CC ColorSeal Conditioner once a week after shampooing.
