Remove strips from the vial one at a time, and store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Strips are stored in vials (or small plastic bottles) with each its own specific code chip. The code chip is to be inserted into the CoaguChek meter and kept in place within the meter until all the strips from the same vial are used.
