This is a new NOS pair of motorcycle MX gloves. These gloves were made and sold by Cosmopolitan motors. Cosmopolitan Motors were a huge importer of many Italian motorcycle brands thru out the 1960s, 70s and 1980s. They are made of leather and a stretchy fabric. The underside that is white is leather. They have a tag that says size 10 , I would say they are a large. I think my hands are a large and when I put them on they are about right. They are NOS probably from the 1970s.
