We ship dormant plants as of 4/7/22 seedless grapevine sweet grape Easy to grow, ripen in late September Best for zone 4-9, Self Pollinating Concord Seedless Grape- The plants are still dormant from March to May. They will grow large and start fruiting when leaves grow. It has very large and healthy roots and heavy for shipping. It will grow fast when you plant it in the ground. The roots are so large and heavy for shipping. America’s favorite grape —a seedless form for easy eating. If you love grape juice, then you love Concords! The fruit makes full-bodied juice or your own house wine. These vines produce abundant crops that have also been used to make prize-winning jams and jellies. Exceptional hardiness, vigor and disease resistance. Heat-tolerant. Self-pollinating. Ripens in mid-September. One mature seedless Concord grapevine (Vitus Lambrusco "Concord") can produce 50 pounds or more of sweet grapes for fresh eating, juice, and jelly. Concord grapes are not particular about soil pH, they are cold-hardy, and they are strong, reliable producers once established. Native to the northeastern United States, Concords don't require long periods of summer heat to ripen as European grape varieties do. Concords are a good choice for areas in U.S. Department of Agriculture climate zone 4-9, especially those that have cooler weather. USDA zone 10 may be too hot and dry for Concord varieties. Grape vines don't produce well in poorly drained soil, so if you have a sunny slope it is an ideal spot for grapes. Plants may vary in size. We may trim for shipping.
