It is in very good condition, with only some light surface scratches on it, and these are mostly on the back side. The little holder is made to hold a little 4" square note pad, and has a little spring holder for a pen as well. I am unsure of the age of the little note pad holder. It is shaped like a teddy bear, and is made of tin, with blue and white speckled enamel. The piece is dusty and will need a little cleaning. It is about 5" tall, is 1.5" from front to back, and 4.75" from side to side. It is a very nice little gently used note pade holder, and a great little decorative piece as well.
