If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue. Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
