With Gelfix Super you have a free choice not only with the fruit, but also with the type of sugar: You can use white, brown, cane or fructose as you like and give your jam an individual touch. Dr. Oetker Gelfix Super 3: 1 contains the plant-based gelling agent pectin, which is obtained from citrus fruits. This means that your canning creations are safe and reliable. Application usage instructions 1 bag is sufficient for 1000g of prepared fruit or 900ml of fruit juice and 350g of sugar (white, brown, cane or fructose). 1. Cut the prepared fruits very finely or chop them until they are pulpy and weigh the appropriate amount or measure the fruit juice. 2. Put the fruit / fruit juice in a large saucepan. Mix the sugar with Gelfix Super, then stir into the fruit mixture. Bring everything to the boil while stirring over high heat and cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. If necessary, skim the food and fill it immediately to the brim in prepared glasses. Close with screw lids (Twist-off), turn over and leave on the lids for about 5 minutes. Tips: If the gelling sample (put 1-2 teaspoons of the finished, hot food on a plate) does not set, 1 pack of Dr. Stir in Oetker citric acid well and then bottle. The maximum number of ingredients per recipe can be doubled.
