We only allow returns on damaged items or items lost in the mail over 30 days. We purchase insurance on all products shipped and will accept returns if damage occurs in the shipping process once it is out of our hands. Or if your package doesn’t arrive – please allow sufficient time for the shipping carrier to deliver – suggested time 30 days.

If you find damage or suspect loss in shipment please email Melanie at campbells123@netzero.net or lambs_one@yahoo.com and describe your situation. We will respond within 48 hours with an answer and further details.

Please know that we have shipped successfully all over the world, but there may be rare times when shipping problems have to be addressed. We want to be sure that all our Happy Family of Buyers are comfortable relying on Campbell Studio for their gift-giving needs. We will do what we can to make things right.
