Up for sale is an antique ironstone water pitcher. This is octagonal with 8 panels. White ironstone with 3 copper lustre bands. Made by the Edward Walley company of England, they were in business from 1845-1856. Measures 8 3/4" tall and is 5 1/2" wide (7 1/4" including handle and spout), holds approximately 44 ounces of liquid. In excellent condition, no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
