Works Hot or Cold A specially shaped gel pack is included to provide hot or cold therapy. For cold therapy, just place the pack in a refrigerator or freezer and put it in the wrap. The pad stays flexible when frozen for easier use. For heat therapy, simply heat the pad using hot water or place it in the microwave and in a few minutes your child will have exactly what they need to feel great again (Please follow included instructions for heating or cooling gel pad). Easy to Wear Simply place the child's foot inside and fasten the adjustable quick fasten strap as tight or as loose as needed.
