Item was tested, but prompts for replacing ink and will not allow any other operation until cartridges have been replaced. We had sold this as working for over $100 but buyer (0 feedback buyer) opened a return saying they could not get it to work. We kept asking if they replaced the ink, but they said no, claimed they got a paper jam message, so they "could not replace ink" ???, which makes no sense to us as it is prompting for ink and will do nothing until it sees new ink. Not sure if they were confused or trying to pull something or decided they did not want to buy new ink. Anyhow, we rechecked it here after it was returned ,and still only see the ink message like in the picture, (no paper jam message or anything abnormal) and it did allow us to access the ink tanks when OK button was pushed, so should have been an easy job for last buyer to replace, but we have lost too much in time and shipping to offer return or warranty and sell at full price again, so selling as is at reduced price, for parts, may or may not have other issues. Probably just needs ink but not sure now, so selling as all sales final as you see it for parts. includes power cord NOTE buyer to be familiar with printer drivers and replacing or refilling/resetting ink tanks as well as any cleaning/maint/reset procedures required when replacing.
