In creating this necklace I selected faceted 6 mm and button labradorite beads, a faceted labradorite pendant as a center drop and sterling silver findings including 4 mm round beads, a slider bail, wire and a toggle clasp. The necklace is 20" in length and the center drop is 2" by 1 1/8" with the stone being 1 1/2" by 1 1/8". I used sterling wire to connect the stone to the slider and added two faceted beads for a real OOAK look. Labradorite is usually dark grey in color with flashes of colors that change according to the angle of light refraction, The flashes are usually blue, green, yellow, and pink.
