In a goldtone metal, this is a vintage FLOATING RHINESTONE HEART NECKLACE!
The pendant is directly affixed to the chain so it doesn't come near to "floating" but the chain goes through the heart so the pendant is tilted when worn.
The heart is filled with clear round rhinestones that have begun to show their age.
