This sale is for a cultural resource report by AR Consultants entitled "Fort Waul-A Confederate Earthworks Fort-Gonzales County, Texas" by S. Alan Skinner and Jeyne Bennett. According to the typed separate presentation, the fort was the only one of its type built and authorized by the Confederacy west of the Mississippi. It has 42 pages, is dated July 1985. No writing in it or torn or missing pages. Also included with the bound report is a six-page typed presentation with a hand-written name and date at the top of the first page.
