Descripción del Artículo
Selling this nice clock AS IS for repair.
It appears to stall, and we would guess it is the motor gear, we cannot fully see the other end of motor or its' gear, as we did not take it all apart, but when it stalls, It runs a very short time then large gear stops turning, a gentle push on that larger gear will get it going for another revolution or part thereof then stalls again. Manually turning larger gear seems to operate all as it should (second/min/hr hands, chime etc) so the rest should be good but no guarantees.
The note on bottom implies motor mech was replaced in 1953! so may well be due for another!
Condition as pictured some sucffs, signs of age, etc. but overall nice for close to 100 yrs!
Not sure of exact age, suggested 1920-1949? but definitely older than 1953 based on the above.
Selling as you see it all sales final.
