The wood mill cuts and delivers to our factory proper sizes for our shells by a computer-controlled saw. After the gluing, rolling, drying, and sanding process, the drum shells are checked for a level check, and measured for accuracy at a 15% sample rate. Next, the laminate wrap is applied, and holes are drilled into the shell for hardware, and the edges of the shell are sanded down for snare beds. Next, all hardware, drum heads, and snare wires are assembled to the drum shells.
