The basket is in very good condition, with some light tarnihsing, small dings, and surface scratches but no major dents or dings. It is a bit dusty, and has some stains on the bottom inside. The basket was made in India, but I am unsure of its age. It is 6" tall the the height of the swivel handle, 3" tall at teh rim, 2.75" deep, 6.5" long, and 5" wide. It is a nice brass basket, and a wonderful collectible piece.
