When you receive your pair, don't be alarmed that the size 7/8 pair says 10.5 on it the size 9/10 pair says 13 on it. These are handcrafted with leather straps a leather sole. There is also what might be a man-made bottom attached to the base of the shoe to help it last. Your feet will be touching real leather, however. The attached sole is underneath the real shoe. These are made very nicely they do not fall apart easily. I have 2 pairs of them (different styles colors) for years now. I wear them fairly often they still look brand new.
