Independent publication from a time when all such things were independent, it is typing paper folded over with manilla cover of light card stock. Has some moisture blemishes, the staples have rust although if you request I can replace them, they have damaged the paper just a bit there. There is light staining to interior pages, it isn't too bad and will not in the least interfere with using the book for the purpose intended. 52 pages counting covers, all black-and-white. Hard to find and sought-after publication. No others for sale that I could find but there was record of one going for $25. Although having cosmetic blemishes this is in fact an unused copy from some vintage unsold retail stock I picked up somewhere.
