This is a size 40 which is generally a US 4, but could possibly go 6 if you want a closer fit. Drop sleeves are 24" (shoulder seam meant to go past edge of shoulder) shoulder to shoulder about 16", bust / chest 38 - 39", waist up to 34", and length is 27". For a woman this would be a size 4 - 6, for a Man, might fit a 38R.
