Grosgrain trim is at the sleeves and pockets. made in Italy four front pockets unlined jacket is marked a size 46 Italian and 12 US . It measures 17" from shoulder to shoulder, bust is 20", waist is 17 1/2", hips 18 1/2", length from center back is 21 1/2" , sleeve length 22 1/2" no fabric content label but it seems to be a smooth cotton blend This has been worn and aside from a few spots on the sleeves it is in good condition.
