You will receive a healthy Glencoe Raspberry thornless starter plant that is about 4-6 inches tall. This is an upright, bushy, deciduous shrub with thornless canes bearing lobed, palmate, mid- to dark green leaves and white flowers in spring followed by globular to conical, edible, sweet, dark purple fruit ready for harvest in summer.
Cultivation: Plant outdoors in summer in well-drained, acid soil. Plant in mounded rows or raised beds between parallel wires for support. Avoid waterlogged soil. Mulch with acidic material (e.g composted bark). Fruiting is best in cool summers.
