Descripción del Artículo

Commemorating the rough and tumble gold-panning Era, or the "Gold Rush" in the late 1800's, this Sterling Silver spoon features a Gold panning fellow in the process of searching out his fortunes. The spoon's stem depicts a Shovel behind a gold pan with a bucket hanging below. All the tools of the trade, so to speak. On the stem's backside we have Sterling stamped in along with a very cool maker's mark which is a Shovel and a Pickaxe crossed with a capital M on the left and a capital B on the right. A good internet detective would likely be able to trace down it's meaning origins. Condition - Overall quite good but with a bit of pitting on the back of the bowl. Weight - 4 grams.
