Guri was a Germany lock production factory. This item is Guri-Elite Nr. 25. D.R.P. goes for Deutsches Reichspatent (German Empire Patent Office). Year of production is somewhere between 1930-40s. Lock (padlock) should be attached to a bike rear bar next to the tire in order to lock the tire. The key remains in the lock and can only be removed when the lock is locked. 2 screws on separable (black) plate are missing, they can be added, but I did not try it as I am unskilled for that. NOTE: As I have been told in PO due material restricted list some countries' customs may not accept the item or hold it for inspection.
