You've successfully connected two office together securely. PCs on either network can transparently access any PCs/servers on either network. And it is via encrypted secure SSL/TLS tunnel. Optionally, for employees out of office, they can use OpenVPN client on PC to create SSL VPN tunnel to VPN server. Then they can access all offices from anywhere in the internet.
