This copy has name on first page and a tear at top along spine for first two pages. It has smudged edges (see top and bottom corner views). Pages are clean and otherwise unmarked. It may have come from a SMOKING home. It's not noticeable to me at reading distance, but I think I detect something when close to pages. Pages are numbered according to secctions, so there's no total page count.
