THIS RECORD COMES WITH A SIGNED LETTER BY HANK SNOW ON HIS PERSONAL STATIONERY TO A MUSIC WRITER AND HISTORIAN WHO PREVIOUSLY OWNED THIS ALBUM. "Hank Snow Sings in Memory of Jimmie Rodgers." RCA Victor LSP-4306 stereo 12" LP record album. Released 1970. Condition: Record is extremely close to NM. Cover is VG++ (sl cw). Tracks: My Rough And Rowdy Ways / Everybody Does It In Hawaii / Away Out On The Mountain / She Was Happy Till She Met You / Hobo's Meditation / Home Call / Frankie And Johnny / Mother The Queen Of My Heart / Ninety Nine Year Blues / I've Ranged I've Roamed And I've Traveled / Whisper Your Mother's Name. Comments: Inserted in the album is a signed letter by Hank Snow on his personal stationery to the former owner of the LP who was a country music historian and writer. It is dated January 6, 1978. Mr. Snow extends his thanks to the writer for an insert in Country Music Magazine, and among other things informs him that "I am planning at this time to go into the studio to record, and although good material is getting very scarce again, I continue to try to come up with something worthwhile."
