Rare Helen Downing Hunter Signed,Framed Print: " OAKBAY LANE". This is a commissioned print of a painting of beautiful houses on a waterway by Helen Downing Hunter entitled Oakbay Lane which incorporates so many elements: sail boats, houses, trees, a person walking and landscape in wonderful pastel tones Professionally framed in a beautiful light colored washed oak wood frame, with glass and a saw tooth hanger so it can be immediately hung. It is double matted in a very color enhancing way and is a real eye catcher. Measures approximately 15 " length X 10 1/4" height and the print is about 9" X 3". Picture has print signature as well as Hand Signed Signature in the bottom right corner; the title is in the left corner.
