This ink is No 4415 Higgins Waterproof Drawing Ink in black. The top is a stopper-not a twist off cap. It is the 3/4 oz size and on the label are directions for diluting it. I will probably need to wrap the item in a plastic bag and then tape that tightly so the stopper does not slip out. If you don't want ink I will dispose of it before mailing.
