This is a bare board of a super high-end pure class A amplifier ( one channel only). The design is reference to legendary Krell KSA50 mk2. KSA series amplifier is still amongst the best of Krell's amplifiers. There are many board incarnation of KSA50, but many are based on KSA50 schematic before 1983, and we are based on the later version , which is called KSA50 mk2. Mk2 has the input stage almost redesigned. When comparing KSA50 mk2 to KSA100, some people prefer KSA50 mk2 for a more finesse sound. Our board adheres closely to original KSA50 mk2 board design as shown in the pictures below. The original board in the picture was tweaked with other components. But by studying the traces one can tell how close are our boards to original ones. This is an sale for one channel of amplifier PCB. To form a stereo amplifier two kits of PCBs are needed. Main PCB dimension : 160mm x 140mm. Output transistor board dimension : 55mm x 95mm. Board thickness : 2mm. Copper thickness : 70um - 4 times of normal board copper thickness !
