Hubley Popeye Spinach Cart Trike Cast Iron Car Motorcycle. Here is another great toy from the ?PA TOYS FROM TIMES PAST? collection. This little guy and his spinach cycle are sometimes very hard to find complete. Most times POPEYE is missing or broken. As most of these often have is the front tire hub is oblong. This one was but has been replaced with a replacement tire. The front fender has a piece broken off as shown in the pics. Popeye and trike are the original pair. Paint chips are normal for this toy and then show signs of play wear. Rear axle is slightly bent but doesn?t effect the movement of this toy. Any questions just ask. Thanks.
