This unit has been tested and is in proper working condition. Tool has some wear from previous use, but it is still in great overall condition. There are no major damages (cracks, dents, etc.). Several bolts in the handle have been replaced, and there is one that is missing; handle fits together tightly despite the missing bolt. There is also a missing hex bolt responsible for holding the steel guide plate at the bottom of the tool; this is one that you will want replaced for proper operation of the tool.
