Identified as the Knights of Pythias Annual Ball program. South Waterford, Maine. December 30, 1904. Measures approximately 3.5 x 5.5. Includes cover and 4 interior pages. This was an "almost New Years Eve" occasion since it occured on a Friday, and the next day was New Years Eve back in 1904. Condition: This is an original dance program, not a copy or reproduction. It is in very good condition. Comments: The Knights of Pythias is a fraternal organization and secret society founded in Washington, D.C., on February 19, 1864. The Knights of Pythias is the first fraternal organization to receive a charter under an act of the United States Congress.
