Prepare: 600 g of chicken legs 2 x 50ml oil Knorr Fix Crispy Coating Cheese Chicken 1 egg or milk 500 mixed vegetables (peppers, zucchini, eggplant) 500 g of potatoes A method of preparing: 1) Dip the chicken in the beaten egg or milk. Roll in breading. 2) Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top of the breaded meat with oil. Bake for approx. 50 minutes at 190C. 3) Serve the finished chicken with roasted vegetables. Cut the potatoes and vegetables into similar sized pieces, coat in the remaining oil and season with spices to taste. Bake together with the chicken for the last 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
