Preparation: 1) Place schnitzels in a shallow baking dish. Clean the bell peppers, cut into thin strips, and arrange over the schnitzels. 2) Stir the contents of the sachet into the cream. 3) Pour the sauce over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C (175C fan-assisted oven) for about 30 minutes.
