Adapter is old stock, open box item, it has never been used. It comes as pictured, adapter is complete with retaining ring. Lower part (slip on part) is 28.5mm ID, 30.5mm OD. Upper thread size is 30.2mm. Upper ring is single threaded. Meaning that top part of retaining ring lacks threads. Lower part of the adapter is slip on and top is screw in. It will hold one series 5 filter. Lens ring been used with minor signs of cosmetic use. I don't see anything damaged, it works good. I would rate it at 8 out of 10.
