Longer casings mean less down time and faster stuffing. Pre-flushed. Processor pack size for busy sausage makers. Each pack is enough for approx. 900 links, or well over 160 lbs of meat. Casings are uniform in size. 36-38 mm. (1 3/4 - 2 1/8"). For best results use 3/4" stuffing tube. Packed in natural salt brine preservative. Keeps stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 months. Just rinse in clear water for 30 seconds and start stuffing. Stuff with your favorite seasoned beef, pork, elk, venison, antelope, veal, turkey, chicken or other wild game meats.
