Purchased several years ago at an Atlanta-area estate sale is this large abstract painting of a group of clowns. Overall, the painting and frame are 40 inches tall and 28 inches wide. The paint is very thickly applied so I don't know exactly whether the medium is oil or acrylic. I was told at the time the painting was by a well-known Key West artist, but since the owner had already been moved to nursing care I don't know if the information was accurate or not. The signature appears to be R. Laak but there are possibly a couple of more letters at the end that have been obscured. Buyer responsible for shipping cost. Paypal and other forms of payment accepted.
