Large Leaf Sorrel (Rumex acetosa) can be used as an herb or vegetable. Best known for it's zestful lemony flavor, it serves as an excellent partner to fish dishes. Sorrel is very easy to grow and is notorious to withstand freezing temperatures. This perennial's plants will produce clumps of pale green leaves that are great for salads and soups
