Please see the video. I have no idea how the counterbalance system works. It appears to be missing a part? If I don't use the little black spacer under the album, then the needle doesn't reach the album. The cue lever doesn't appear to be working at all. I'm in no way qualified to operate this item so please excuse my ignorance. See video and pictures for more details. This turntable is vintage and I have no idea when the last time it was serviced and may need unforeseen repairs. It's also possible there's an issue that I've overlooked.
