It has been stored in a cool, dry, smoke and pet free environment for over 45 years. The top left corner has a light crease and there is a vertical printers crease along the right side of the front cover. There is a very tiny stain/discoloratiion on the bottom right coner near the spine of the back cover. It has a solid pretty spine and the interiors are clean and nice. The photo is of the actual copy that you will receive and it is shipped bagged and boxed.
