This book does have a 2-inch tear at bottom of spine, and bent lower corners on first few pages. All of the magazines were in a box that was just barely larger than the magazine, there could be just a slight bit of curl near the edges of the books. No address labels on the books. The pictures are of the actual book you will get, and pictures were taken while magazines were inside the sleeve.
