This is a truly impressive mid-nineteenth century frame. The outside dimensions are 37" x 32" and a whopping 6" deep. The rabbet is 15 3/4" x 20 1/2" but could easily be routed to fit a 16 x 20 artwork. Perfect for a den, office, or great room. A museum quality frame, fit for a painting of the highest standard. If your painting is smaller, your local framer can fit with a liner. Or put in a mirror for a knockout accessory to any room. Many of my clients simply hang the frames without anything in them.
