The entire process including shipping to us, repairs then return shipping takes about 7 Days. If you are sending your TWICE in because of water damage or total failure then I strongly advise you send your ECU with it. In some cases I may need to flash a replacement unit or repair firmware issue's on original. Failure to send the ecu in these cases may result in additional programming needed on your end. If you are sending your TWICE in because you have lost all your keys I will require additional information in order to cut the keys. You will be send the mailing address to send your module to. Once we recieve your TWICE We will do some initial testing and then start repairs. Same/Next day. After repairs are made we do some final testing to confirm its good and then return it to you USPS priority 2 day (included free with purchase).
