The sleeves are sheer with the cuffs being the same fabric as the Jacket.. Jacket can be button on left or right.. Pretty bling embellishments all around collar, all down the front, and around the sleeves . The buttons are also the shiny bling.. There are also shoulder pads... Lining is white.. Measurements are from underarm to underarm straight across 19" from shoulder to hem is 30.5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across back 16" Shoulder arm seam to end of sleeve 26" NEW WITH TAGS.. It does need to be dry cleaned it has a couple spots on the front that should come out. Mom just had this sitting in the closet forever, think she was to afraid to wear it or something..*L*........With the tags on it I didn't want to have it cleaned and the tags be off when I got it back..There is also 2 snag mark tiny tiny tiny hole, I think the embellishments snagged it when I folded it up for storage ???
