He has wheels on the bottom and, when you pull him back on the ground and release, he rolls forward and his feet move up and down. His eyes and ears do not move. He is yellow plastic with green fur down his back. His feet are orange and his eyes are gray. Approx 3 inches tall. He has been freshly cleaned and has no chips or scuffs except for small marks on the bottom of the green cube in the back (see photo). We have a smoke free home.
