It is a magazine devoted to popular anime models and games. We bought these direct and they have been in our files since, stored in a pet and smoke free environment and bagged and boarded for its protection. This is an oversized magazine measuring 9.25" x 12" and so like most magazines this size the top 1" shows some wear from storage which lowers the grade even though generally the rest of the magazine is in great condition.
